## How the repair flow works

1. Customer describes the device and fault via the contact form, phone or email.
2. Mihail confirms feasibility, parts availability and a fixed price quote.
3. Customer pays a parts deposit; only after the deposit clears does Mihail order parts. This protects against no-shows that would otherwise leave unpaid parts in stock.
4. Once parts arrive, customer drops the device off at the workshop. Most repairs are completed the same day or the next working day.
